Unique Eco House with Sea View

It is completely handmade with wood, bamboo and mud, using only a little bit concrete for the foundation and a thin layer for the roof. This gives a very healthy, cool and comfortable climate, and because of the special shape there is all the time an airflow through the house.The property has an area of about 30 cent which is around 1200 sqm. We have our own well. It has a commercial license, so you can give the house also to other people for rent. The area is big enough to add a guesthouse, restaurant, or make just a beautiful garden.
